Reseller & Third-Party Disclaimer

1. Third-party technology

Some capabilities within our products rely on third-party software, data feeds, threat intelligence sources, infrastructure providers, or licensed components. Where a capability is powered or supported by a third party, we remain your point of contact for support of the ShieldCore product.

2. Resold and bundled offerings

• Resold or bundled third-party offerings may be governed by the third party's own terms, which we will identify at the time of sale.
• Availability, roadmap, and feature changes for third-party components are controlled by that third party.
• We do not warrant third-party components beyond what that third party provides.

3. No implied endorsement or affiliation

References to third-party names, trademarks, standards, or frameworks are for identification only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation, certification, or sponsorship unless we state so explicitly in writing.

4. Partner and referral relationships

We may receive compensation from partners for referrals, or pay compensation for referrals to us. Such arrangements never change the price you were quoted without your written agreement, and they do not affect the severity or content of security findings.

5. Data shared with third parties

When a capability requires processing by a third party, that processing is limited to what the capability needs and is governed by our Privacy Policy and our agreements with that provider.

6. Limitation of responsibility

We are not liable for outages, defects, changes, or losses caused by third-party products or services, except to the extent our own negligence caused the loss. Our overall liability remains subject to the limitations in our Terms of Service.
