Export Restrictions

1. US export controls

Our services, software, and technology may be subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) administered by the US Department of Commerce and other applicable export control laws.

2. Prohibited jurisdictions and users

• You may not use our services if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions.
• You may not use our services if you are listed on any US government restricted or denied-party list, including the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List.
• You may not use our services on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any restricted party or sanctioned jurisdiction.

3. User representations

• You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any prohibited jurisdiction.
• You represent that you are not listed on any US government restricted or denied-party list.
• You represent that you will not use our services in violation of any export control or sanctions laws.

4. Restricted use of data and findings

You may not export, re-export, transfer, or disclose security findings, scan data, or other ShieldCore output to any prohibited jurisdiction, restricted party, or end use prohibited by applicable law.

5. Violations and reporting

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these restrictions.
• We will cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities as required.

6. Updates

Export control and sanctions laws change. We may update this page as laws and our operations change.
