Acceptable Use Policy

1. Authorization is mandatory

You may only submit assets that you own or that you are expressly authorized in writing to monitor. You must be able to produce evidence of that authorization on request.

2. Prohibited activities

• Monitoring, scanning, probing, or profiling assets belonging to third parties without written authorization.
• Attempting to exploit, disrupt, degrade, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
• Using the services for surveillance, stalking, harassment, or targeting individuals.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or reselling the services or their output except as expressly permitted.
• Circumventing plan limits, rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
• Uploading malware, illegal content, or data you have no lawful right to process.
• Using findings or educational material to commit or facilitate an offense.

3. Learning and lab content

Educational material is provided for defensive and career development purposes. Practice techniques only in environments you own or in the intentionally vulnerable labs we provide. Applying techniques to systems you are not authorized to test is prohibited and may be a criminal offense.

4. Fair use of resources

Do not use the services in a way that imposes unreasonable load on our infrastructure or on third-party systems. We may apply rate limits to protect platform stability.

5. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse or misuse of the services to support@shieldcoresecurityllc.com with as much detail as possible.

6. Enforcement

• We may investigate suspected violations and remove assets from scope.
• We may suspend or terminate access without refund for serious or repeated violations.
• We may preserve records and cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.
