• Security findings generated by our products about your authorized assets.
• Usage data: log data, device and browser information, IP address, and product interaction events.
• Support communications you send to us.

3. Legal bases and marketing choices

We process personal information to perform our contract with you, to pursue legitimate business interests such as securing and improving the services, to comply with legal obligations, and with consent where required.

Marketing email is optional. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect service or security notifications.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Security findings and monitoring data are retained according to your plan's retention window. You may request deletion of data that we are not legally required to keep.

We use encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls, environment separation, logging, and internal review processes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise these rights.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United States and process data in the United States. If you access the services from outside the US, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.

10. Children's privacy

The services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we will delete such information if we learn we have collected it.
